About Young Rail Professional
Our Young Rail Professional category is to recognise any person who is within the first ten years of their career in rail. Our judges will be looking for an individual who has excelled in their role, with demonstrable evidence of outstanding contribution to the rail industry over the past 12 months.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Showing passion and enthusiasm
- Leading by example and being a good role model
- Tangible evidence of delivering good performance
