Judging Criteria
This award ceremony recognises organisations and initiatives that are driving measurable improvements across the UK rail sector. Whether it’s enhancing safety protocols, elevating the passenger experience, delivering greater value for taxpayers, or accelerating progress towards net zero, entrants are invited to showcase their achievements. Submissions should outline, in up to 1,500 words, how demonstrable outcomes have been delivered — highlighting data, strategy, and innovation.
