Jo Fairley
Jo Fairley is one of the UK’s most inspiring entrepreneurs whose hard work, dedication and commitment to her goals have seen her create a global brand and inspire future entrepreneurs. From becoming the UK’s youngest-ever magazine editor to launching a brand that’s now worth more than £100M, it is fair to say that Jo knows a thing or two about the corporate world.
Leaving school at 16 with just a handful of O levels to her name Jo refused to let this hold her back and aged just 23 became the youngest magazine editor in the country. At all of her business speaking events, she’s able to share this incredible journey with audiences showing them what can be achieved with a strong work ethic, grit and determination.
Undoubtedly Jo’s biggest success was the launch of sustainability focussed organic chocolate brand Green & Black’s Chocolate. Despite the company being launched in the heart of a recession, due to the creativity, innovation and strong culture embedded within the brand, it was a huge success and today is worth over £100M.
Jo is also an established author, who has written a number of exceptional best-sellers over the years. She’s also a regular contributor to some of the UK’s most prestigious publications, penning columns and opinion pieces in the likes of The Daily Mail’s YOU magazine and The Daily Telegraph where she offers her insights on business and current affairs.
