We are open for entries NOW, and look forward to reading about your products, projects, services, or solutions ranging between June 2023 and June 2024. After the deadline of 30 September 2024 passes, our judges will review each entry in October 2024, and the shortlist will be officially announced in November 2024.

In January 2025, each shortlisted entry will have the chance to promote their product, project, service, or solution via an interactive webinar, attracting hundreds of viewers and inviting questions from across the industry. With judging already completed, these webinars give you an extra opportunity to showcase your achievements on the run up to the awards, as well as hear about all the good coming out of the rail sector.

Our virtual programme will officially release in February, and on 20 March 2025, the ceremony will commence at Royal Lancaster Hotel at 18:30.
