About Operator of the Year
This category is open to all passenger operators who can demonstrate business excellence and provide a service that meets passengers expectations.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Outstanding customer service
- Outstanding cleanliness
- A punctual and reliable service
- Any other ‘stand-out’ performance that merits this award
Application Process

Each award will require a unique application, duplicates will not be considered.
