By entering the Spotlight North Rail Awards, you will be able to communicate your product, project, service or solution to our unique audience, which includes thousands of rail professionals. Our 12-month award campaign consists of numerous benefits, including:

  • Promote your achievements to some of the most knowledgeable people sat on our judging panel

Entry Process

We are Open for Entries NOW

We are looking forward to reading about your products, projects, services, or solutions ranging between March 2025 and March 2026. After the deadline of 1 July 2026 passes our judges will review each entry and the shortlist will be officially announced in August 2026.

On 13 November 2026, the ceremony will commence at the Holland House Hotel.

Award Writing

We understand that not all organisations have the infrastructure in place to write award entries, whether this is resource, time constraints or the expertise in writing succinct entries which meet the entry criteria. We strongly believe that this should not be a barrier to enter and that you should be able to compete on a level playing field alongside organisations experienced in submitting entries.

Clare, Ebony, Kate, Polly and Simon are vastly experienced in award writing in the rail sector, collectively responsible for winning hundreds of awards for companies over the years. If you have a good project or solution to put forward for the awards and would like some external help they will be delighted to help shape your nomination.
