Kelly Warburton is Chief Commercial Officer at the Global Centre of Rail Excellence, leading the commercial strategy for GCRE Ltd as it constructs a new £400 million rail innovation, testing and certification facility in South Wales. With almost 25 years’ experience in the sector, Kelly is a Board Member of the Rail Industry Association (RIA) and Chair of the RIA Finance Committee. Kelly holds a Degree in International Business with Languages, as well as an MBA in Management and actively supports the Everywoman in Transport and Logistics programme.
