Gregg Barton

Gregg leads the Mott MacDonald transport advisory business across the north of England, with a focus on rail and local authority clients. An Engineer by profession, Gregg has over 20 years’ experience of delivering major complex projects and programmes across the infrastructure sector, which include utilities, energy, transport, government and commercial. Gregg has played an active role supporting transportation schemes across the North through his work with Local Authorities, Network Rail and Combined Authorities. In 2015 he was a co-author of the Rethinking Leeds HS2 station report, published by the Chamber of Commerce for Sir David Higgins.
