It’s vital that customers are at the heart of everything we do, this category is open to train operators and companies who have delivered a product, service or solution which has improved the customer experience.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
• Evidence of how the solution has benefited the customer
• Operational, freight, telecoms, and technical expertise
• Initiatives that support rail with the delivery of passenger and freight
