This category is open to all UK projects with a value over £20m which are underway or have been completed between June 2024 and June 2025.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Delivering the project within the budget
- Sustainability credentials
- Health and Safety excellence
- Showcasing best practices across all levels
- Any other ‘stand-out’ performance that merits this award
